If you have decided that you are going to try to build muscle, your workout routine is going to change.

Build muscle routines are much different then your typical workout routine because their goal is different. Many people workout because they want to lose weight. This is not the goal of build muscle routines. The goal here is to actually gain weight.

You still want to lose fat, but you are going to add muscle, which is going to add body mass, which is going to add weight.The biggest change about your workout routine is going to deal with the length you do your exercises, and the intensity that you them at. If you want to build muscle you need to increase your weight. If you typically do bench presses with 50 pound weights on each side, and do twenty five repetitions. Try to up your weight to double that or more. See how much weight you can handle, then lift just below that. You also shouldn’t worry if you are extremely soar after your workout.
