Building Muscle 101
If you are serious about hitting the gym and getting bigger and stronger, and maybe dropping some of that extra weight that you are carrying around your middle, then you need to know what you are doing when you step through those gym doors. You need a muscle building 101 course, and even if you have worked out before, you might need a refresher. The key to building muscle isn’t hitting the gym twice a day for three-hour sessions. In fact, that would result in over training, and over training is one of the worst things you can do when you want to make gains. In addition to weight training, you should add some bodyweight exercises to your routine. They are great for helping you gain strength quickly.
