There is a common misconception that losing weight is healthy. That isn’t always necessarily true. Have you ever considered that instead of losing fat to lose weight, you should turn that fat into muscle. This might actually make you heavier, but it will also make you healthier. Your body actually needs fat in order to build muscle. So before you go on some ridiculous diet, consider good old fashioned weight lifting to turn that flabby body of clay into a stone sculpture.
We’ve all seen those guys that have perfectly built bodies. Eight pack abs and biceps that would intimidate anyone. These men are big, tough, and they probably used to look like you. It takes a lot of work to build up muscle, but the good news is that anyone can do it. You just need to stay focused, stay motivated, and stay strong.
