Increase Muscles With These 3 Workout Tips
3 Tips To Increase Muscles
The way you do your workout session will surely determine if you’re going to have success or not. You might be missing some very important points even if you think you’re doing everything right by training hard. It’s important that you make sure you’re doing nothing wrong so that you can get the most results out of your workouts.
TIP #1: Do Not Train Too Long
Your body has stored a certain amount of read to use energy. When you start performing actions, that energy starts to be used. When there is no more read to use energy, your body starts to convert fats into energy. However, your body will start spending muscles to generate energy after spending many fats.
Doing workouts requires much energy. It requires so much that if you spend much time doing them, your body gets to the point in which it’ll start spending muscles in order to generate energy.
You do workouts to stimulate muscle growth. For that reason it doesn’t make sense doing workouts if they don’t bring you this result. Workouts will only bring you good results if you do them with moderation.
I don’t advise anyone to spend more than 50 minutes doing workouts per training session. What you should do is to take that number and modify it to suit your needs.
TIP #2: Evolve Progressively
Your muscles evolve to make your body able to support heavier weights. Basically, you’re telling your body to adapt to a certain amount of weight when you’re lifting them.
Your body is already used to a given amount of weight if you passed enough time lifting it. When you stop to increase the amount of weights you lift, your body doesn’t have to adapt to nothing anymore. It stops growing.
If you do weight lifting correctly, you can increase the amount of weights you lift in 5% once a week. If you’re just starting, you might want to delay that a little and increase weights only once every two weeks.
The important here is to evolve little by little. Do not never stop evolving.
TIP #3: Do Not Train Instinctively
Let me tell you something in case you don’t know. Professional bodybuilders of success do not train following their instincts. They have personal trainers (or something else that works as a trainer) that tells them what to do or they already know everything they need because they had some kind of a trainer before.
Professional bodybuilders normally learn new things by testing them. They take their decisions based on tested results and they decide what to do by making careful analysis. You should do the same.
Having a guide to help you with the basics is an excellent idea and it’s almost a must have, but after a while you will be able to evolve mostly from testing and checking. Never follow your instincts blindly by thinking they’re correct.
Do you know that workouts are responsible for only 20% (at most 20%) of your gains? Most of your success in building up muscles comes from other places. I have made a email course that is FREE and it teaches all the aspects of muscle building. To learn more about the course, go to http://build-up-muscle.com/muscle_building_course.html.
